I've heard of all these crazy diets.  The all celery diet, the cabbage and broth diet, the low card, no taste, blah, blah, blah...When we someone write I diet book I can get behind, the liquid diet diet.  Where you get to enjoy as much unsweetened grape juice (wine) as you want.
